Fresno, CA, July 25, 2018 (BFLOW Solutions, Inc. (BFSI)) — BFLOW Solutions, Inc. has moved it’s post-acute business management solutions EDI transactions, esMD, OASIS, and other core transactions to Ability Network. “This transition is an important part of our evolution to a ‘market agnostic’ business solution for the post-acute universe,” says Ted Jones, President and CEO, BFLOW Solutions, Inc. “This transition gives us the necessary technological advances we need to power our ambitious initiatives for the BFLOW platform” says Ted Jones. COO of BFLOW Solutions, Pamela Haglund says, “BFLOW is a ‘one-stop’ solution — allowing eligibility, same and similar, claims transmission and electronic remittances to be processed through one solution. We will provide more clarity regarding rejections from payers by explaining why claims are rejected and what corrections need to be made to fix them.”
With the acquisition of Ability Network, by Inovalon (Nasdaq: INOV), for $1.2 billion in cash and restricted stock in April 2018, ABILITY provides core connectivity, administrative, clinical, and quality analysis, management, and performance improvement capabilities to more than 44,000 acute, post-acute and ambulatory point-of-care provider facilities.
We are excited about this strategic relationship and are looking forward to seeing the result of this transition reflected in our customers’ accelerated cash-flow.
