Paperless Mobile for Smart Devices and Tablets

We envisioned a deliver service technician who could arrive at work in the morning, turn on her bflow mobile app and see the orders she needs to deliver for the day.  She could load the orders, get on the road and be directed to her first delivery by bflow, choosing the most efficient route using the integrated Google maps technology.

Upon arrival she sets up the equipment, educates the patient, does in home inspection, patient signs for the delivery on the tablet device she’s using, she completes her delivery checklist and clicks “Send” and instantly the documentation and signed delivery tickets arrive at the back office operations back at headquarters.  The patient got an email with copies of everything they had signed and educational materials on how to use and take care of their new equipment

The billing manager got an email stating a delivery had been completed and he checks with his team to find the claim had already been transmitted to the insurance company for payment.

That was our vision and on September 1, 2016 we held a huge webinar to showcase the new apps capabilities!  Every bflow customers portal was integrated with the solution and many have begun using the app in their operations.  Later this month we’ll provide some statistical data and customer feedback on both these sophisticated solutions for bflow DME Business Management Software.
